Certyze is workflow and decision-support software supplied to conformity assessment bodies (“CABs” or “Customers”). The Platform provides tools that assist CABs in managing certification, inspection, and testing operations. 2.3 Nothing in the Certyze platform or any output generated by it transfers, delegates, or diminishes any obligation that a Customer CAB owes under applicable accreditation requirements, standards, or law.

3. Automated Outputs, Data Accuracy, and Customer Responsibility

3.1 All automated calculations, eligibility gates, scheduling algorithms, and decision-support outputs generated by Certyze (collectively, “Automated Outputs”) depend on: (a) the Customer’s configuration settings and rule selections within the platform; (b) the source rules, standards, and scheme requirements the Customer has designated; (c) timely application of updates to those source rules; and (d) the accuracy, completeness, and currency of data entered by the Customer and its authorised users.

3.2 Automated Outputs are provided as aids to professional judgment. Each Customer shall independently verify and review all Automated Outputs before relying on them for any accreditation, certification, audit, or compliance purpose. Neither Thinkdata Labs LLP nor Certyze assumes responsibility for decisions made on the basis of unverified Automated Outputs.

3.3 Certificates of conformity, registration, or certification are issued solely by the responsible Customer CAB. Certyze does not issue, co-issue, or guarantee any certificate. Any certificate number, scope, or status displayed within the platform reflects data entered or generated by the Customer CAB.

4. Standards References, Intellectual Property, and Licensing

4.1 References to ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065, IAF Mandatory Documents, and any accreditation or certification schemes appearing on the Certyze platform or on certyze.com describe supported use cases only. Such references do not imply endorsement, accreditation, certification, or guaranteed conformity by any standards body, accreditation body, or scheme owner.

4.2 “ISO,” “IAF,” and all accreditation-body and scheme-owner names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in the Certyze platform or on certyze.com grants any right or licence to use such names or marks.

4.3 Customers are solely responsible for obtaining, at their own cost, all licences and permissions required to access, reproduce, or use copyrighted standards content within the platform. Thinkdata Labs LLP does not supply, sublicence, or redistribute the text of any standard or normative document.

5.1 All marketing, promotional, and descriptive statements published on certyze.com and app.certyze.com are general descriptions of the Certyze software’s capabilities. Such statements do not constitute guarantees, representations, or warranties of any regulatory, accreditation, or certification outcome.

5.2 The Certyze website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, resources, or content. Thinkdata Labs LLP does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or availability of any third-party linked content. Access to such links is at the Customer’s sole risk.

5.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Certyze and all associated services, outputs, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
