Thinkdata Labs operates the websites certyze.com and app.certyze.com (collectively, the “Sites”).
This Notice is effective as of 19 October 2026. It explains what cookies and similar technologies the Sites use, why they are used, and how you may manage your preferences regarding them.
This Notice applies to all visitors and users of the Sites. By continuing to use the Sites, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Notice. Where consent is required for specific technologies, we will obtain it through on-site consent controls before those technologies are activated.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and device identifiers. Together, these technologies enable site functionality, security, and user preferences.
certyze.com does not set any cookies. A scan of the site in October 2026 found none. app.certyze.com does not set cookies either. It uses your browser’s storage only for the items below, which the application needs in order to work. They are strictly necessary and do not require consent.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
theme (local storage) | Thinkdata Labs, app.certyze.com | Remembers your light or dark display setting | Strictly Necessary | Until you clear your browser storage |
Sign-in session data (browser storage) | Thinkdata Labs, app.certyze.com | Keeps you signed in after login and multi-factor authentication | Strictly Necessary | Until you sign out or the session expires |
3. Non-Essential Technologies
As of 19 October 2026, no analytics, advertising, behavioural tracking, embedded-media, or other non-essential cookies or similar technologies are deployed on certyze.com or app.certyze.com.
Before any non-essential technology may operate on the Sites, Thinkdata Labs LLP must:
Identify the technology and document its name, provider, purpose, type, and duration in the cookie inventory set out in Section 2 of this Notice.
Update and republish this Notice to reflect the addition.
Activate the technology only through on-site consent controls, so that it remains disabled unless and until a user provides affirmative consent.
No non-essential technology will be loaded, and no data will be collected through such technology, prior to the completion of all three steps above. If you believe a non-essential technology is operating on the Sites without proper disclosure or consent, please contact us using the details provided in Section 6.
4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You may manage your cookie preferences through the following methods.
On-Site Consent Controls: Where a consent banner or preference centre is presented, you may adjust your selections or withdraw previously granted consent at any time. Changes take effect immediately for new page requests.
Browser-Level Settings: Most web browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Consult your browser’s help documentation for instructions: Google Chrome (Settings > Privacy and Security), Mozilla Firefox (Settings > Privacy & Security), Apple Safari (Settings > Privacy), Microsoft Edge (Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions).
Clearing Browser Storage: If you clear your browser’s storage for app.certyze.com, you will be signed out and your display setting will reset to the default. Blocking cookies does not affect either site, because neither sets cookies.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The sites may contain links to websites, platforms, or services operated by third parties. Each third-party website or service is governed by its own cookie and privacy policies, and Thinkdata Labs LLP has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the cookie practices or data-processing activities of any third party. We encourage you to review the applicable cookie and privacy notices before interacting with any third-party site.
In operating certyze.com and app.certyze.com, Thinkdata Labs LLP engages the following third-party infrastructure providers:

Amazon Web Services (AWS), Mumbai region: provides DNS and hosts the marketing website (certyze.com) and the Certyze application (app.certyze.com) on Amazon Lightsail, with application data in Amazon RDS.
No cookies from these providers were found on either site. If that changes, they will be listed in Section 2 of this Notice before they are used. For details on how these providers handle data, please consult their respective privacy and cookie policies directly.
