3. Data Residency Overview
3.1 The CAB Production Data database and its backups are configured to reside within the AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India) region. This configuration is maintained through Amazon RDS and associated AWS storage services as described in Section 4.
3.2 Processing locations for other categories of Personal Data differ from the CAB Production Data residency described above. The following processing activities may involve transfers of Personal Data outside India:
Transactional email and messaging (Brevo): infrastructure primarily in France and Belgium, with processing possible in other EU and US locations.
Business email via Google Workspace: global infrastructure with processing in the US and EU; no India-only data-region commitment applies.
Customer support messages via WhatsApp: global infrastructure, including processing in the US.
Payment processing (Razorpay): primarily India, though public materials do not provide an absolute India-only commitment for all payment metadata.
AWS support and service telemetry: may be processed globally by AWS and its affiliates.
3.3 Accordingly, not all Certyze-related Personal Data remains in India. Customers should review the Subprocessor List in Section 4 and the Transfer Safeguards in Section 5 for further detail on each Subprocessor’s processing locations and applicable protections.
